ROOH Health & Wellbeing a Leeds-based charity focuses on supporting the Sikh and broader South Asian communities in enhancing mental health and well-being. They offer awareness workshops, community events, and guidance in Punjabi to promote integration and dignity.

Sikh Women’s Aid

A community-based organisation established by Sikh women across the West Midlands, focusing on tackling cultural influences that negatively impact women and girls in the Sikh and Panjabi communities. They offer one-to-one support, training, and volunteer opportunities.

Sikh your Mind

Sikh your Mind is a Sikh charity founded in 2015 (registered formally as a charity in 2019) to offer professional support to the Sikh and Punjabi community. They support the community via a telephone helpline, live chat, virtual women’s group, student spaces as well as in person workshops and presentations.

Sikh Sanjog

Established in 1989, Sikh Sanjog aims to integrate Sikh women and their families into Scottish society. They offer educational, recreational, cultural, and social opportunities to promote lifelong learning and greater social and economic participation.

Sikh Elders Service – Touchstone

A dedicated Punjabi-speaking team providing specialised support to Sikh elders, aiming to improve their health and well-being by supporting independent and fulfilling lives.

Midland Langar Seva Society (MLSS)

A non-profit organisation striving to help those in need across the UK and internationally, MLSS provides hot meals to vulnerable community members, including the homeless and those living on the poverty line.

Sikh Wellbeing Conference

The Sikh Helpline

Free professional and confidential telephone counselling and email inquiry service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The services of Sikh Helpline are available to any individual regardless of age, gender, race/culture, physical and mental disabilities, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, class or status.
