About Me
I am a BABCP-accredited Psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with experience across a range of mental health settings, including drug and alcohol services, inpatient care, and community mental health teams. My work has allowed me to support individuals from all walks of life, helping them understand and manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours in practical and meaningful ways.
Coming from a background that values compassion, respect, and connection, I understand the importance of balancing mental health support with cultural and spiritual awareness. Within the Sikh community, where strength and service are central values, it can sometimes feel difficult to prioritise your own wellbeing — my aim is to offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore whatever you’re facing with understanding and care.
