About Me
Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh.
My name is Param Singh, and I am a BACP-registered Humanistic Psychotherapist offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their inner world and emotional challenges. I am a practicing Amritdhari Gursikh with lived experience of walking the spiritual path while navigating the cultural complexities that often arise within Punjabi and Sikh communities.
My approach is rooted in the belief that each person holds the capacity for healing and growth within them. I work holistically, drawing on the principles of Humanistic therapy while deeply honouring Sikh values such as seva (selfless service), compassion, humility, and spiritual discipline. I understand the unique tensions that can exist between cultural expectations and spiritual truth — especially for those seeking to live authentically while honouring their faith and family systems.
Whether you’re navigating identity, grief, trauma, relationships, or simply seeking clarity, I provide a safe and culturally aware space where you can explore your experience without fear of judgment. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in both professional training and lived connection to Sikh dharam.
You are not alone in your journey. I welcome you to reach out when you feel ready.
