About Me
It can be hard to name what’s going on.
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, or like something inside you just doesn’t feel right anymore.
Maybe you've been carrying things for a while - self-doubt, anxiety, old wounds - without a clear way forward.
You might be wondering: “Why do I feel like this? Will I always feel stuck?”
If any of that sounds familiar - you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
-
I offer therapy that’s grounded, relational, and real.
A space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything, or be “on.”
Just somewhere you can be met as you are - gently, honestly, and at your pace.
How I Work
I’m here to walk with you - as we explore what’s feeling stuck and what’s calling for change.
What I bring is presence, steadiness, and the willingness to sit with you - fully.
Therapy with me is collaborative. We explore what feels stuck, what hurts, and what’s asking to shift.
I’ll bring reflection, patience, and - when helpful - practical resources to support you:
-Breath awareness
-Grounding practices
-Mindfulness and self-compassion
-Tools that help you feel more anchored and supported between sessions
There’s no agenda or pressure - just a shared space where you can begin reconnecting with what feels most true for you.
Who I Work With
I often support people who are:
-Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or burnt out
-Stuck in patterns of overthinking or self-criticism
-Carrying the impact of childhood trauma or difficult relationships
-Struggling with identity, purpose, or low self-worth
-From South Asian or culturally complex backgrounds, wanting to feel understood without having to explain everything
All of this happens within a supportive relationship - one where you can be real, bring your messiness, and be met with care.
