About Me
My name is Ramandip Kaur, but I go by Rami. I’m a BACP-registered pluralistic counsellor and psychotherapist based in Glasgow, working face-to-face in Glasgow city centre and East Kilbride, and online across the UK.
I hold an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling from the University of Aberdeen and a BA in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. Over the last 10 years I’ve studied and practised psychology, counselling and inner work across a range of settings: universities, the NHS, private practice, faith-based organisations, and social care related to addiction, homelessness and criminal justice.
I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship breakdown, career difficulties, decision fatigue, compassion fatigue, identity questions (including gender identity), tradition and culture within small communities, and overall mental health concerns.
You don’t need a diagnosis, a crisis, or the “right words” to come to therapy. Many people arrive simply knowing that something feels heavy, stuck or unclear - that is more than enough to begin with.
