About Me
Hello, and a warm welcome to you.
Life doesn’t always move in a straight line. There are times we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about our path, and it’s during these moments that the right support can make all the difference. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a safe, grounded, and compassionate space for reflection, healing, and growth.
I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor with over 20 years of experience in helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based CBT with other effective modalities, tailored to your unique needs, not just the problem. I specialise in working with children, young people, and families, and bring a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive lens to everything I do.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across statutory and voluntary sectors, including addictions, criminal justice, social work, and education. This has equipped me with the insight and flexibility to work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and identity struggles.
But more than my training or experience, what matters most in therapy is the relationship. My clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and real. Our work together will be grounded in trust, empathy, and a commitment to meeting you exactly where you are without judgment.
If you’re thinking about therapy, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free introductory session so we can get to know one another and ensure that I’m the right fit for you. You don’t have to do this alone and you don’t have to have it all figured out. Let’s take the first step together.
